Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return as per the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Footwear tried on for size (on clean surfaces) but not worn outdoors is acceptable for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

  • Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned.

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at customercare@jornie.com or contact us through our website within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.

  3. Once received, the item will be inspected and the exchange/refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after quality inspection.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged / Defective Products:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund.

Additional Notes

  • Jornie reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.

  • Returns are accepted only for orders placed directly on www.wearjornie.com.

  • In case of disputes, Jornie’s decision will be final.
